Fueling your body with the right foods is just as important as your workouts! Be a part of our Wellness Workshop series and learn more about staying healthy through the holiday season. You’ll get ideas for using seasonal produce, fitting more movement into your everyday life and share healthy holiday recipes with the group. Gina Pezzullo will lead this first series of workshops.
Who: ANYONE ages 16 and up interested in learning more about healthy eating and meal prep.
When: Wednesdays 6-7 pm November 14 – December 12
Fee: FREE to YMCA Facility Members / $25.00 for Community Members
