Quiet Down and Breathe

MOVING, BREATHING, STILLNESS: WELCOMING 2019
Join Jacquie for a full two-hour, slow flow yoga class complete with seated breathing and meditation practice. Leave feeling restored and ready for 2019!
This class is for all levels of practice, except for those brand-new to yoga. It is recommended you come on a light yet well nourished and hydrated stomach, wear layers so you can keep cozy, and bring water or warm tea.
When: Saturday January 12, 2-4pm; PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUESTED
Please make a $20 donation to participate in this class. Donations will be allocated to our Annual Campaign which provides scholarship dollars so that others can participate in similar programs at the Y. Donations can be made to Lakewood-Trumbull YMCA.
