AnĀ 8-week weight loss program designed to help you achieve your goals in a fun, competitive and supportive environment.

Program Includes:

  • Workout and Nutrition Journal
  • A 30-minute personal training session per week
  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Weekly Tips and Goals and Challenges
  • Weekly Meetings and weigh-ins on Mondays at 6:15 pm (No class Monday, July 22)
  • Exercise Recommendations and Guidelines
  • A prize to the participant with the highest percentage of weight loss

Fee: $130 Facility Members; $260 for Community Members

When: Mondays at 6:15 pm, July 1 through August 22
