Let’s Get Back into the Swing of things

ADULT BALLROOM DANCING

We are back at it, using dance to stay fit! Join us for American social ballroom dance including: Fox Trot, Waltz, Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, and Swing! These styles allow us to explore different tempos, rhythms, and a range of moves. As a mild aerobic movement, ballroom dance is a great way to get in some cardio! Come with a partner, or on your own.

WHEN: Fridays, 1:15-2:00 pm. Group Exercise Room
