Active Older Adult Classes are available for all ages and all member types including Silver Sneakers, Renew Active and Silver and Fit.

Monday 7:30am Body Sculpting w/Colleen – The overall muscle conditioning workout increases strength, endurance and stamina using weights, tubing, body bars, bands and exercise balls.

Monday 9:00am Boot Camp w/Jenn – A high intensity workout designed to work the whole body using resistance equipment, steps and high intensity floor exercise.

Monday 10:30am Chair Yoga w/Joanne – Move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chairs provided for support so you can safely perform postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Monday 5:00pm Pilates w/Joanne – Tone and strengthen core muscles, improve stability and posture, slim down and tone up. This class involves free flowing moves concentrating on core strength, muscle balance, flexibility by doing traditional Pilates on a mat and stability ball.

Tuesday 7:45am Yoga w/Jo – Grow longer and stronger as you work through movements designed to increase your flexibility, release tension and improve posture. This class is designed for all levels.

Tuesday 9:00am Abs Express w/Jenn – This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. The instructor may include a variety of equipment.

Tuesday 10:30am Active Older Adult Fit w/Jenn – Enjoy your friends while you move to music. Exercises are designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement to help with daily activities. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and balls are used. Have a sturdy chair available.

Tuesday 5:00pm Yoga w/Joanne – Grow longer and stronger as you work through movements designed to increase your flexibility, release tension and improve posture. This class is designed for all levels.

Wednesday 9:00am Cardio Barre w/Joanne – Barre movements with intervals of cardio. There is minimal impact but don’t let that fool you. One of the best workouts with standing and seated work. Mat needed.

Thursday 9:00am Non-Stop Tabata w/Jenn – A high-intensity interval training workout with a warm-up and 8 circuits of heart pumping action! 4 min intervals with 20 secs of hard work followed by 10 sec of rest. Proven to burn calories for up to 36 hrs post workout. Get in sharp the fast way!

Thursday 10:30am Active Older Adult Fit w/Jenn – Enjoy your friends while you move to music. Exercises are designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement to help with daily activities. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and balls are used. Have a sturdy chair available.

Friday 7:30am Tai Chi w/David – The ancient form of Chinese exercise, emphasizing proper breathing, balance and strength. Great for improving balance, increasing flexibility and reducing stress. All levels.

Friday 10:00am Zumba Gold w/ Pauline – Easy to follow class that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. Invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh and exhilarating! Modified, low-impact moves available for active older adults.

Friday 5:00pm Work Out Express w/Joanne – A 30 minute workout guaranteed to get your heart pumping! All levels welcome.
