Youth Weight Training

Once a week with Personal Trainer Joel you’ll learn the basics of weight training and exercise.  Perfect for athletes trying to stay in shape for the fall season, or for newcomers who want to learn how to get stronger safely and properly.  The class will be in the Fitness Center and will be limited to 6 participants, ages 14-17.

When: Saturdays at 10a–10:30am June 26-August 21

Fees: $40 Facility Members; $80 Community Members,  8 weeks
