Creating a Healthy Relationship with Food

Join us for a program that is designed to help people seeking a healthier lifestyle by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors and forming sustainable healthy habits. This 12-week program helps participants build skills for successful lifestyle changes as opposed to advocating any specific or restrictive short-term solution.

Each week, participants will be introduced to a new topic relevant to weight loss, discuss as a group successes/challenges/suggestions, and develop goals for the upcoming week.  Each week participants will receive a 30-minute circuit workout to be complete with the group or on their own.

Week 3 Deconstructing cravings

Week 4 What are whole foods

Week 5 Healthy choices

Week 6 Healthy snacks

Week 7 Home cooking and meal prep

Week 8 Food journals

Week 9 Sugar

Week 10 Movement

Week 11 Stress management

Week 12 Building self-care routines

Members:  $175 / Community Members:  $350
