Pre and Post-natal Yoga
Prenatal yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety. It can increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth, and decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath. Post natal yoga can help you connect with your peers about the challenges and joys of being a new mother; rebuild flexibility and muscle tone: help your body handle the new demands of caring for your baby. And it can help regain spinal integrity effected by pregnancy and childbirth.
Please bring water and a mat. Child Watch available at the time of class for children 6 weeks and up for Facility Members.
WHEN: Thursdays, 5pm-6pm
FEE: Free to Facility Members; $10/class for Class Participants
FACILITY MEMBERS: PLEASE RESERVE YOUR SPACE. Class participants may walk in and pay per class, please arrive a few minutes early to register.
