Youth Strength Training/Lifting Club

If you’re looking to get in shape for an upcoming sports season, to stay in shape after season, or are just looking to build muscle, then this is the program for you! Join our Lifting Club, this is an 8 week program for teens ages 10 to 14yrs . Participants will learn the basics of strength training. This class will run in our Wellness Center under the supervision of certified trainers.

WHO: Ages 10-12, and 12-14

WHEN: Ages 10-12: Wednesdays 3:30-4:00pm/ Ages 12-14: Fridays 3:00-4:00pm

FEE: $50 – Members
