Join our ANY WAY TO 5K Challenge and Climb the Leaderboard!
Run, walk, swim, bike, or climb your way to a weekly 5K! Keep your body moving by completing a 5K each week. Track your movement through your watch, phone, or on your own; just don’t forget to record it on our mobile app. Utilize the Y’s treadmills, spin bikes, stair mills, recumbent bikes, or swimming pools to reach your goal. Record one workout per day to get one step closer to completing this challenge!
Joining the challenge is easy! Be sure to record your workouts to earn credit towards the goal.
- Open our Mobile App on your device
- Navigate to the purple My Challenges section
- Select ‘Any Way to 5K’
- Tap ‘Join Challenge’
- Record your workouts (including Group Exercise and Y360 classes) all the way to 5K
WHEN: The Challenge runs from April 1– April 30
