For over 35 years Bigelow Tea has hosted the Bigelow Tea Community Challenge Run/Walk to help ensure 23 local charities can deliver important programs that provide educational services, food, housing, safe places, crisis counseling, after-school tutoring and recreational programs to the most vulnerable populations within our community. The BTCC has provided more than $2 million dollars to local charities in Connecticut, including the Fairfield YMCA; come join us in this event for the whole family! There will be music, complimentary food, raffles and a kid zone challenge obstacle course! Know your child is safe and happy while you attend a group exercise class or workout! Child Watch allows you to exercise while your children play in a supervised area. Anyone using Child Watch must be in the building at all times and must have a family membership. There is a 2 hour per visit time limit.
WHO: Available for any child ages 6 weeks to 12 years with a family membership.

Come join us on days off from school, making new friends, having fun swimming, playing, and creating! For students grades K-5. No school, no worries, when public schools are closed, participants will engage in organized activities, sports programs, arts and crafts and a field trip. Register now, spaces are limited! Karate helps develop discipline, self control and confidence. Have fun and make new friends while learning to defend yourself with the proper techniques and achieve your goals through the practice of the martial art Tang Soo Do karate!

Alleviate tension and your daily stresses and anxiety. This guided meditation class begins by laying down on a mat while listening to relaxing music and nature sounds. There will be a strong concentration on diaphragmatic breathing. A safe space is created where everyone moves at their own pace without judgment. The class will consist of half hour of meditation and 15 minutes of stretching to improve flexibility, strength, and tone.
