The Fairfield YMCA is a cornerstone in the Fairfield community. We strongly believe that every child needs a safe and fun experience each and every day. Our program is designed to provide an environment where each child can learn and grow through a wide variety of exciting activities that promote youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We maintain a strong commitment to building character in youth through our four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
Participants will engage in organized play activities, sports programs, arts, and crafts. The program will meet in the Gym in the morning at the Fairfield YMCA and end there as well. Please pack 2 Snacks and Lunch for each participant. Snack is not provided!

Core Focus Together gives you three-dimensional strength training in 30 action-packed minutes. A stronger core improves athletic performance, enhances movement health, and helps prevent back pain. Coaching and motivating music will push you through integrated exercises that use your body weight and weight plates.

The Weight Loss Program is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight to achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors, and forming sustainable healthy habits.
Participants joining the program should be ready to commit to daily food and physical activity tracking as well as developing self-designed weekly action plans that incorporate what is learned during each session. This program helps participants build skills for successful lifestyle changes as opposed to advocating any specific or restrictive short term solution. This program is not intended for individuals with specialized needs due to chronic disease or the onset of chronic disease.

Calling all Fairfield teenagers!
Leaders Club provides high school students with extensive leadership training, offering opportunities for service to the YMCA and the community. Leaders Club also serves as a recruiting program for future Y professionals! We are here to develop leaders, fostering with them a culture of service in addition to knowledge and training that will help them better serve others and shape a healthy and productive life for themselves. Leaders Club meets once a week. Members also participate in social events, service projects and have the opportunity to go on several trips. Leaders Club provides a safe, genuine place for high schoolers and helps direct their energy to positive outcomes.
