The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA is dedicated to the health of all people in our community, especially those with chronic disease. Our programs go beyond the physical, they provide a space for social and emotional healing, creating a community of support.

Our Tang Soo Do Karate can empower you in self-defense and other aspects of your life. It can help you feel safe and secure at home, school, work and on the streets. We offer a safe, fun, family environment and we let our participants tailor the material to meet their age, needs, and skill levels. If you want to rid your self of the victim mentality, gain proven and functional self-defense/self-protection skills, and get empowered come join our class!

Know your child is safe and happy while you attend a group exercise class or workout! Child Watch allows you to exercise while your children play in a supervised area. Anyone using Child Watch must be in the building at all times and must have a family membership. There is a 2 hour per visit time limit. Child Watch is available for any child ages 6 weeks to 11 years old with a family membership.

TRX is the newest way to get your body in the best shape of your life. TRX is a suspension training system that combats your body, challenging your strength, power, balance and flexibility.
