Running Group Tuesday and Friday at 9:15 am. All levels welcome – 30-45 minute run outside on the beautiful trails. Leave the kids in Child Watch and go for it.

Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. The Lakewood-Trumbull Y Nutrition Counselors will help you discover how to manage your weight, be heart-healthy, lessen the risk of chronic diseases and optimize your energy. The sessions are one-on-one sessions.
