Love Is At The Heart Of Yoga

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Stratford YMCA’s Partners Yoga!

Join Stratford YMCA’s Yoga instructors Thomas and Sharron for an afternoon of connection on the mat. In this 2 hours partners session you will see how love is truly at the heart of yoga. You will explore postures, breath work, and meditation in ways that enhance trust and understanding in a meaningful relationship. This session is perfect for couples, partners, family members, friends; newbies and practiced yogis are all welcomed.
All paired partners will be gifted a small gift package for their participation as well! Only 7 partner spots available, so please be sure to register today!

TIME: Noon – 2 pm

FEE: Members $10/ Community Members $20

Fees will be paid individually, not as a pair. All participants must be registered as member or as a community member to register and participate. A waiting list will be provided if the maximum occupancy is reached; additional dates and times may be added based on registration numbers. All participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and comfy, athletic attire. Please call and speak to our front desk representatives for more information.

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Tools, knowledge and group support will be provided to help you develop plans that support your weight loss goals.

Cycle Together

Cycle Together is a huge calorie burner. It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish. Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of interval training.

Strength Train Together

Strength Train TogetherLift. Press. Curl. Get Stronger and Power Up!

Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, the workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.  Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Getting Started Details.
