Want to get rid of the “quarantine 15”? Would you like to learn how to eat healthier, lose weight, and exercise more? Then this program is for you! Join our 12 Week Healthy Lifestyle course starting on October 6! Every Tuesday morning, we will meet virtually via ZOOM for a classroom-based learning objective where we will teach you healthy eating habits and exercise goals to help you maintain your progress throughout the year. You will also receive virtual sessions with a Registered Dietitian, personal training sessions (which can be done in person at the YMCA or virtually) and one virtual weekly small group training class. Learn how to work toward your goals with a fun, supportive group of like-minded people in a comfortable, non-judgmental setting!

Program Includes:

  • 12 Live/Virtual Weekly Meetings
  • Three Virtual one-on-one sessions with our Registered Dietitian
  • Eight one-on-one Personal Training sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer (Live or Virtual)
  • Weekly small group (Live or Virtual) training class

Fee: $260 per member (Registration is mandatory prior to the first class. A valid email address is also required to send course materials and ZOOM invitation.)

SENIOR WELLNESS DAY  Wednesday, September 23

Join us! We have fun, active and educational activities planned – social distanced and virtually– that highlight the importance of regular physical activity to maintain a healthy spirit, mind and body. Invite a friend!

On Senior Wellness Day, we will be waiving the joiner fee for all new Senior and Senior Couple Members. The Y accepts insurance sponsored Silver Sneakers, Renew Active and Silver and Fit programs.
