The Woodruff Family YMCA will be offering a 4 week class. In this class you will work to improve agility, balance, endurance and movement, all to help get the most out of your game.

From April 14-20, personal training packages are discounted for long term and past clients.

Run, walk, swim, bike, or climb your way to a weekly 5K! Keep your body moving by completing a 5K each week. Track your movement through your watch, phone, or on your own; just don’t forget to record it on our mobile app. Utilize the Y’s treadmills, spin bikes, stair mills, recumbent bikes, or swimming pools to reach your goal. Record one workout per day to get one step closer to completing this challenge!
Joining the challenge is easy! Be sure to record your workouts to earn credit towards the goal.
