November Swim Challenge

Swim, Water Walk, enjoy an Aqua Class or just have fun in the pool for 20 minutes per visit. Track your pool visits for November!
A drawing will be held after the challenge – one adult and one child will have the chance to win a $50 Y Gift Certificate for an aquatic class/program or they can donate their Y Gift Certificate so another member can enjoy our pool.

Love Yoga and love the pool? We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Scoot and Paddle of Milford to bring you Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga! Led by SUP Yoga Instructor Kelly Warters, this new program will engage muscles you probably forgot you had all while enjoying the peacefulness of our indoor pool. Learn how to incorporate your favorite yoga movements onto a paddleboard to create a challenging new workout.

Space is limited to 10 participants per program.

WHEN & TIME: Thursday: 12 pm – 1 pm, November 7 – December 19

Sunday: 3 pm – 4 pm, November 10 – December 22

FEE: Members $70 / Community Members $140

Cycle Together

Cycle Together is a huge calorie burner. It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish. Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of interval training.

Strength Train Together

Strength Train TogetherLift. Press. Curl. Get Stronger and Power Up!

Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, the workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.  Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Getting Started Details.

Aqua Zumba

Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba® blends it all together into a workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilaration beyond belief. Kardio Kickboxing

TRX Boot Camp

The boot camp will promise an intense workout that incorporates body weight strength training using the TRX Suspension Training, kettlebells and weights. Paired with short bursts of high-intensity cardio that will strengthen and tone all major muscle groups.

Indoor Cycling

An instructor-led class takes place on an ultra-smooth stationary bike. You are taken on a mental and physical journey that urges you on to new levels of strength and endurance. The combination of music, motivation and your fellow riders makes this class unique and results-oriented. A water bottle and towel are strongly recommended.


Youth/Parent Cardio Orientation

This is a program for 10 and 11-year-olds that consists of one 1-hour appointment with a Fit Trainer. They will teach the youth how to safely and effectively use the cardiovascular equipment and body weight/core training. Upon completion, the youth will be able to use the cardio equipment when accompanied by an adult. Note: Depending on the height of the youth they may not safely fit on some of the equipment. The trainer will determine this.


Youth/Parent Fitness Orientation

Orientations designed for youth 12 and 13-years-old with a parent/guardian. A Fit Trainer will instruct participants on how to safely and effectively use the Cardio & specified strength equipment. Upon completion of the four sessions, the youth will be allowed to use the fitness center when accompanied by the adult.
