Camp TePee: A Place Where Kids Belong

For more than 75 years, Camp Tepee has been a place where children discover confidence, friendship, and adventure .

Each summer, more than 1,200 campers explore 47 acres filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and connect. From climbing and archery to boating, nature exploration, and STEAM activities, every experience is designed to help young people build character, resilience, and lifelong memories.

At Camp Tepee, children unplug from screens and reconnect with nature, their peers, and their own potential.

And at the center of it all is one important gathering place: the TEPEE BARN.

Ensuring Camp Is Accessible to Every Child

At the YMCA, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and belong, regardless of their financial circumstances or individual needs. Through donor support, Camp Tepee remains accessible to ALL across our community.

• No child is turned away due to inability to pay.
• Staff are trained to support campers with diverse physical, developmental, and social needs.
• Scholarships and program support help ensure Camp Tepee continues to be a welcoming place where every child can thrive.

The Barn: Camp Tepee’s Home Base

The original barn has reached the end of its functional life and is no longer usable. This campaign will transform an empty structure into a welcoming, multi-purpose space that supports campers, families, and staff every day.

The new barn will provide:
