gymnast art purple 1Adult Gymnastic Fitness class focuses on teaching fundamental gymnastics skills like handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and basic tumbling moves, while incorporating stretching and strength training exercises, all designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and overall fitness.

TIME: 10am-11am (Ages 18+).
