Thanksgiving Food Drive
Food Drive
This Thanksgiving season, the Fairfield Y and Operation Hope are joining forces to give back to our community!
We’re collecting nonperishable food items, gift cards, and other essentials to support local families in need. Donations can be dropped off at the front desk or on the table in front of the desk through November 24th.
A message from Carla Miklos, Executive Director, Operation Hope:
We are deeply grateful to our community for continually stepping up to care for neighbors in need.
With the recent loss of SNAP benefits, many individuals and families in our area are struggling to put food on the table. At Operation Hope, we’ve seen the number of people relying on our food pantry grow steadily throughout the year — and we are now preparing for another 10–20% increase in demand.
Your support can make a real difference. Whether through monetary donations, gift cards, or groceries, every contribution helps ensure that no one in our community goes to bed hungry.
Together, we can show that when times get tough, we take care of one another.
With gratitude,
Carla Miklos
Executive Director, Operation Hope
